Our Salsa Roja is influenced by the salsas made in the state of Guerrero, where my mother grew up on a self-sustaining farm. Everything was made from scratch and slow roasted by hand. It takes time, but we’re still doing it the way it was done then. It’s our way of sharing our family’s history of cooking.

Our Salsa Verde is inspired by the type of salsa you’d find at taquerias throughout Cuernavaca, Morelos—where I am from. It’s a city famous for its food and culture. This recipe blends memories from my childhood with my own flare for bold flavors.
